System failures are inevitable, but timely notifications can minimize their impact. Cloud Plans offers robust notification channels to ensure you are informed promptly when errors occur. In this section, you can configure the preferred channels for receiving notifications and define how critical or warning-level alerts should be managed. Whether you opt for **CRITICAL**, **WARNING**, or **BOTH**, the platform adapts to your operational needs seamlessly.

You can set up multiple notification channels—either of the same type or diversified across formats—to ensure the appropriate teams are alerted in line with their resource plans. This flexibility allows you to streamline communication, allocate responsibilities effectively, and maintain a proactive approach to resource management.

Every Plan can have a Notification channel, otherwhise you can select the "default" method wich is the Organization Owner email.

At present, email and Slack integrations are supported. In the near future, additional options such as ServiceNow, Jira, and custom web endpoints will also be available.
